Through signature programs rooted in social-emotional learning, The Be. Org encourages and nurtures youth to live above their socially-imposed limitations; to develop their character, talents, and leadership skills allowing them to go beyond a dream and achieve remarkable excellence.

Be. Empowered. Through the Girls Empowerment Academy, a program for middle school girls that seeks to improve leadership skills, academic engagement, and positive behaviors.
Be. College Ready. Through workshops, college readiness conferences, and one-on-one sessions, students reach their post-secondary educational goals by receiving help in completing the FAFSA application, understanding the financial aid process, and assisting with college applications and essays.
Be. Virtual. Through teaching coding as a valuable workforce development tool and a virtual reality curriculum, coded by youth developers, providing a virtual experience of scenario-based learning for social-emotional learning (SEL) development in youth of all ages.
Be. Whole. Through character education, students receive social-emotional learning (SEL) to acquire and effectively apply knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.
